Be right back…

Jun 27, 2023 | 2 comments

I woke up with discomfort in my lower back. I did stretches and took painkillers. I knew it wasn’t right. I had to take a minute and listen to my body. I would have pushed through the pain before, but now I know better. I covered a lot of distance in the past weeks, so I’m still on target.

I have supportive people around me. I’m taking time off to relax and get treatment. I hope to be back on track this weekend. It’s frustrating, but I believe everything happens for a reason. Health is important.

See you this weekend.
